REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for Jackson Broadway Music

At Jackson Broadway Music, we strive to provide exceptional live music experiences for your special day. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have developed the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

Please read the policy carefully before booking our services.



1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit

To secure your event date, a [non-refundable] deposit of [percentage or fixed amount, e.g., 20% or $500] is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due [timeframe, e.g., 14 days] before the event date.



2. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

More than 90 days before the event: Any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

60–90 days before the event: [50%] of the total booking fee will be refunded.

Less than 60 days before the event: No refund will be provided due to the difficulty of rebooking the date.

Band-Initiated Cancellations:

In the unlikely event that Jackson Broadway Music must cancel the booking, we will:

Provide a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.

Assist in finding a suitable replacement band if requested.



3. Changes to Event Date

If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

If we are unavailable for the rescheduled date, the cancellation policy above will apply.



4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event where possible.



5. Performance Guarantee

In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances preventing a band member from performing (e.g., illness or emergency), we will:

Arrange for a qualified replacement musician or vocalist to ensure the performance meets our high standards.

Refund any portion of the fee if a comparable replacement cannot be provided.



6. Refund Process

Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to jacksonbroawaymusic@gmail.com within 7 days of the cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.



7. Additional Terms

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with the style, repertoire, or volume of music if these were agreed upon in advance.

No refunds will be issued for delays or interruptions caused by factors outside the band’s control, including venue issues, power outages, or client scheduling conflicts.
